Happy to announce that I’ll be guest speaking at the Service Design Network Netherlands Chapter on the role of Service Design for Innovation & Startups

“Mike will share his experiences working with global Fortune 500 project teams and will locate Service Design as a discipline across the corporate innovation landscape. He will present insights into what intrapreneurial innovation funnels are inherently trying to achieve in terms of ‘knowing’ across entire projects whilst critically-presenting the role service design can optimally play. His article can be found here: https://www.service-design-network.org/touchpoint/vol-11-no1-service-design-for-innovation-and-start-ups/applying-service-design-while-innovating-like-a-start-up”
