Guest Editor Role: Touchpoint The Journal Service Design for Innovation and Start-ups

I’ve been working as Guest Editor (and Author) for Touchpoint, The Journal of Service Design for the past 6 months (Mar-Aug 2019) over at Service Design Network, on their Innovation & Start-ups issue.

There were a great variety of articles to review and edit throughout the process with the authors and senior team at SDN. I would like to especially thanks Jesse Grimes, Cristine Lanzoni & Moira Douranou for the thoroughly pleasant and seamless experience. It was a very enjoyable process and I look forward to the feedback from the Service Design Community in general.
