It was a pleasure to speak at Praca Hybryd Konferencja (Hybrid Work Conference) 2020 to the Polish innovation community this month.
Expertly organised and run by the team at Socjomania, the conference was focused on best practices and learnings whilst adapting to the new normal in virtual collaboration client settings and projects.
I shared my experience working with Board of Innovation and World Economic Forum (WEF) as expertise lead, consulting in designing and creating WEF’s Scale360° innovation program to support the creation of new global circular economy innovation ecosystems at the government, local and regional levels to help combat the UN Sustainability Goals and agenda. The work spanned several months delivering a customized innovation method, process, playbook, toolbox, governance structure with guidebook. Many of the tools are in digital collaboration virtual form for teams to deploy and use around the globe in self-steering cells.
I also shared our top 20 learnings from the project as we adapted and pivoted our way of working with the 60+ stakeholders in 5 countries. Read more about it by downloading my keynote below.
